I am Monika!

I was unhappy with my appearance for 20 years
and on a long-term diet.

What I really needed to understand:Everyone is different!

Because you and me, we are unique!

I now support people who are tired of yet another ineffective diet. These people are looking for support to make sustainable and healthy choices regarding nutrition and self-care and want a better relationship with their body.

My services, reports and posts on this website, Instagram and Facebook are aimed at physically and mentally healthy people. My information and activities do not replace medical advice. The aim is to impart knowledge, advice and support for self-help relaxation techniques, information on raising health awareness and health care.
